Dear valued customers and friends,
With mixed emotions, we announce that Di Wei Teochew Restaurant will be serving our last meals on December 8th (Sun), 2024. After decades of serving authentic Teochew cuisine, our beloved Uncle Khoo has decided to hang up his wok and begin his well-deserved retirement.
From our humble beginnings in the heart of Singapore to becoming a cherished destination for authentic Teochew flavours, Uncle Khoo has poured his heart and soul into every dish. His commitment to preserving our culinary heritage has touched countless hearts through his meticulously prepared dishes - signature Teochew cold crab, pork ribs yam ring, classic Teochew liver roll, and of course, our signature velvety smooth Gingko Yam Paste (Orh Nee) that many of you hold dear to your hearts.
To our loyal patrons who have become like family, who have celebrated countless birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, and reunions with us - thank you for being part of our journey. Your support has meant the world to Uncle Khoo and the entire Di Wei family.
