HIATUS |

Dearest followers, thank you so so much for staying from the very beginning until now. I have been doing customized cakes and many other different desserts since Mi.rin has started, and I have learned so so much from all of you by trying out new designs when you guys give me new ideas, and experimenting different flavor pairings. Ever since I've returned from Le Cordon Bleu London, I've always wanted to pursue something more. I've tried out teaching for 6 months, and now I'm moving on to something new. I'm going to start a full time job in a fine dining kitchen, and I'm so excited for this journey to begin. Its going to be harsh, tough but extremely rewarding. This page will still be here, and I will try to update with bakes or post about my journey in Odette as best as I can.

A New Start |

So it has been 2 months since me and my fiancé moved, and we're finally close to settling in this new space. So so excited to do my desserts in this new kitchen with my own island (which is not in the picture yet). I am opening up order slots again but they will be very limited as I have just taken up a new job (Freelance Instructor). This time, you guys will be able to customize your own flavors. I've had one order recently and it was quite well-received. I'll launch this flavor soon so stay tuned! ✨

P.S. Super loving my new home, I don't even need mad skills or a good camera to capture such lovely pictures! 😍

End of 2018 |

As 2018 is coming to an end, I'd like to thank everyone here and those who just followed recently, for your tremendous support and belief in whatever I produce. I've learnt so much through the ups and downs, and I'm so glad for the lessons and feedback some of you gave. 2019 will be a fresh beginning as I move into my new home, that has been designed to be a baking studio as well (so excited!!). I can't wait to start producing new pastries as I move away from fondant and buttercream cakes slowly. Here's wishing you guys a very happy new year! 💕
