After leaving my corporate career, I trained, experimented and launched a vegan cheese lab in Singapore.
The products I developed received international recognition, including three awards at the Asia Food Innovation Awards.
When I returned to Italy, I hoped to take this work further. I searched, planned, and tried to restart production.
But for a long time, nothing was moving. Every time I found a potential location, something got stuck.
I held on and tried different paths, until it became clear that the flow wasn’t there for me anymore.
Then something unexpected happened.
I met someone who believed in the project and wanted to learn how to make the cheeses. I passed them the tools, shared everything I knew, and watched the production continue through someone else’s hands.
In that moment, I realised the dream of bringing the vegan cheese production to Italy had come true, just in a different form.
What stayed with me is Kroodi. The passion for fermentation, for plant-based creativity and for making things that feel real.
Now I am starting again. With more freedom, more curiosity and the same quiet wish to share.
