Brown rice porridge with scallop
Porridge is one easy food. Our version uses organic brown rice with barley, 'three treasure' (chinese yam, pumpkin, celery) and boil it with scallop. Top it with ginger julienne, peanut, stir-fry eryngii, sunny side up, and you'll get one bountiful satisfying meal. 😋

Four months on, we have not found a feasible location to resume business, plus it remains a challenging time for f&b business.
It will take some times to get there again, but we will get there.
In the meantime, we will be offering group buy for lunch, food to be picked up at Amoy Street Food Centre. Details will be available over the next 2 days.
