It’s easy to look at a steaming bowl of pasta and see just a quick meal on a busy afternoon. But behind those few seconds of swirling sauce and plating up lies a whole lot of dedication.

Before the doors even open each morning, our crew is already in, kneading fresh flour, pulling custom dough in small batches, and shaping every single ribbon by hand. Every swirl of the pan is our way of slowing down in a fast-moving city to build something crafted with real care.

We started Tipo eight years ago with a single machine and a simple promise: to make true, artisanal craft completely accessible without the corporate chain attitude. Because we pull and cut our dough in small batches daily, things stay fluid. Every month brings a completely new, limited run of global flavour profiles.
