New on the menu this August: Classic Tiramisu. Sponge finger biscuits soaked in espresso and Diplomatico rum, layered with mascarpone and whipped cream, finished with a dusting of cocoa.

🌹 Bandung Rose Matcha
A nostalgic local favourite reimagined, pairing earthy matcha with delicate rose notes in a comforting yet contemporary blend.

🍓 Strawberry Rose Kombucha
House-made kombucha infused with strawberry, rose, and the depth of Qishan raw pu’er tea for a bright, floral, lightly sparkling refreshment.

Together with Berryglass, our special collaboration with fieldnotes, these limited-time creations celebrate colour, creativity, and the joy of discovering something new.

Our Dessert Pop-Up Series continues.

We started this programme to celebrate makers who care deeply about flavour, craftsmanship, and the stories behind what they create. This season, we’re excited to welcome fieldnotes as the next feature in the series.

Together with fieldnotes and M•A•C Cosmetics Singapore Market, we’ve created Berryglass, an exclusive collaboration inspired by M·A·C’s iconic Lustreglass ✨

Soft chocolate sponge layered with silky coffee chantilly, made from coffee beans roasted by us, finished with raspberry compote, Valrhona chocolate pearls, and delicate pink cornflowers.

To complete the experience, we’ve curated a selection of special drink pairings available alongside the dessert throughout the pop-up.

If you’ve ever had breakfast in Singapore, you’ll know kaya toast. It’s the kind of thing we grow up eating, bread, cold butter, and kaya, a fragrant coconut and pandan spread that’s sweet, bright, and unlike anything else.

This is our take on it. The Kaya & Butter Roll is new to the Glasshouse menu: a pillowy, pull-apart roll served with housemade kaya and a slab of cold butter. Simple, intentional, and very Singapore.

Find it on the menu now. On weekday mornings until 10AM, you can order it as a breakfast bundle with your choice of coffee or hot tea.
