Our Story

Paolo and Judie Scarpa first opened Da Paolo in 1989, a modest trattoria serving honest and uncomplicated fare. Following the success of this humble eatery, Da Paolo expanded into Da Paolo Group, comprising BistroBar, PizzaBar, Gastronomia and Da Paolo Catering.

To this day, Da Paolo Group remains a family-run business that is committed to offering authentic, quality Italian food.
