Some customers ask why they have to key in their details when ordering, this is the reason. We don’t provide a physical copy of the receipt at site, but only (yep earth friendly), so if you need a copy of your order, please key in email address. Otherwise just key in some dummy info to let it pass.

Sometimes back we turned on the anonymous ordering, and many customers did not download the copy of the receipt upon ordering approached us during peak hours to request for it 😅😅. We have no choice but to turn the option on again.

Note: If you are ordering directly from the website, and not from the QR code with a pager on premise, it is advisable to input phone number so we could call to inform when order is ready for collection.
