If you haven't yet heard, we will be taking some time off from October 2019 - 5 years since our official opening in 2014.
Coffees are running low now, but we are still accepting orders for what we have on the online store. Last orders will be on 26 September 2019, with despatch by 1st week of October 2019 (latest).

Just collected our highly anticipated new coffee from today! After offering 2 of their lots last year, we could not wait to have more of their coffees. This lot is a natural processed Tres Dragones. We'll be releasing both roasted and green options soon, once we have these profiled.

This Red Tragon comes from the Hartmann coffee estate in Panama, a producer whose coffees we enjoyed some years back. Finca Hartmann is a family operated and managed coffee estate, and one of the most prominent names in Panama coffee.

This is gonna be a fun one! We have a bourbon in both Black Honey & Orange Honey processes, from Los Pirineos in El Salvador. For this little experiment, we will be roasting both these coffees to the same profile and same degree, just for a compare and contrast. Both coffees reacted really similarly in the roast, and the result has been surprising. These are now available, roast to order at www.thetinyroaster.com

Pictured is the Guatemala Acatenango Santa Felisa in an Orange Honey process - a very Guatemalan coffee with upfront richness of Hazelnuts and Milk Chocolate, brightened by a splash of Orange Juice. Available in a Filter & Espresso roast.
