For everything there is a season. On 25th January, Hevel will close its doors as we prepare for a new beginning. Hevel—an ancient word that speaks to the fleeting, beautiful impermanence of life—has always been a reminder to savour each moment, however brief.

Every plate served, every glass raised, and every story shared within these walls was made extraordinary by you—our dear friends and cherished community. Your presence has been the soul of this space, filling it with warmth, laughter, and unforgettable moments, turning it into something far greater than a restaurant. For that, we are endlessly grateful.

While this chapter draws to a close, the stirrings of a new one are quietly taking shape just beyond the horizon. Thank you for being part of our story so far. All of us at can’t wait to welcome you to what comes next. ❤️
