- PROJECT I -
LORBAK (Braised Pork Belly) is on the way! It would be in sealed vacuum bags , which is best consumed on the day/ within 3 days as no preservatives are added!

It will also be paired with our signature homemade chilli which has a slightly acidic taste of vinegar which helps remove the gelat feeling of fat!

Looking forward to certain pairings/ food that you want to pair our LORBAK with!
