[Journey to CIA Top Table Restaurant] Batch 15 will be cooking up the Introduction to A'la Carte Cooking Menus this November.

This is the first cuisine in their progression while at CIA Self Service Dining, and also their first set of public meal services on their long journey to cooking at CIA Top Table Restaurant next August.

This is their last cuisine in their progression while at CIA Self Service Dining, and thereafter, they will move on to CIA Top Table Restaurant to cook and serve a Contemporary Italian Dining experience from late-August to late-September.
