You asked for the Taro Mochi Waffle back.
So we gave it an upgrade.

Crispy-on-the-outside, chewy-on-the-inside taro mochi waffle, topped with a scoop of our housemade dairy-free pulut hitam gelato and finished with a generous sprinkle of vegetarian floss.

Creamy. Chewy. Crispy. Fluffy.

Sweet taro and black glutinous rice meet savoury floss in a combination that somehow just makes sense.

Inspired by Singapore's iconic yuan yang drink, this limited-edition vegan cake layers espresso-powered coffee sponge and cream with roasted Earl Grey soymilk tea custard for a nostalgic flavour combination that's comforting, familiar, and quietly sophisticated.

A familiar local favourite, reimagined.

As always, this cake is entirely vegan and thoughtfully balanced โ€” flavourful, fragrant, and not overly sweet.

POV: how we turn bakery โ€œwasteโ€ into a whole new (vegan) gelato flavour ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿจโ™ป๏ธ

One thing people donโ€™t realise about bakeries?
Thereโ€™s usually A LOT of cake trimmings and crumbs behind the scenes. Perfectly deliciousโ€ฆ just not pretty enough to make the final cut.

As we continue growing into a more sustainable brand, we realised maybe we canโ€™t keep solving the problem by simply absorbing all the cake scraps into our own tummies anymore...

Soโ€ฆ we created a new limited edition gelato flavour instead:

โœจ CHOCOLATE CAKE PARTY โœจ

A creamy vegan madagascar vanilla base, folded with chocolate cake crumbs, housemade dark chocolate drizzle, and crunchy cacao nibs. Basically everything we love in one chaotic little party. ๐ŸŽ‚๐Ÿซ

Sunshine-yellow mangoes, tangy passionfruit, and naturally vibrant blues from butterfly blue pea flowers โ€” because some of the best colours really do come from nature.

Every piece was handcrafted with fresh fruits, plant-based goodness, and a whole lot of love behind the scenes. No artificial colours, no shortcuts โ€” just nature showing off a little.
