How do you do self-care? For me, drinking tea (especially Dusk Garden or any caffeine-free tea blends) helps me relax, and also doing other things like yoga to loosen up my body; caring for my indoor garden; making kombucha; writing poetry, and more. Speaking of self-care and taking care of our mental well-being, I found the next meaningful organization that I want to donate to: Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH). In an effort to be sustainable, I’m selling these stainless steel tea filters for $3.50 each. This way, you don’t need to buy disposable paper filters to drink loose leaf teas! Just place this filter into a regular cup, scoop the teaspoons of tea you need into the filter, then add hot water and steep for 3-5 minutes (3 min for Osmanthus decaf sencha rose tea, 5 min for Dusk garden or Blue Dawn). Good for the environment 👍♻️

Thank you to the many of you (including Justin Tse who bought 50% of my tea in the past 2 months for his friends and colleagues) who have bought tea! Together we raised $19.30 for a charitable organization!

Society for the Aged Sick (SAS) is a non-profit nursing home that provides long-term residential and respite care services for the elderly, especially the less-privileged. They create a home environment where residents can enjoy professional and individualized care. Every resident is treated with respect and dignity. All donations big or small makes a big difference to their lives, and can go towards daily supplies, food ration, care needs and cost of PPE.
