Menu yg paling tedious , leceh dan ambil masa yg lama (3 days) utk siap....Tapi memuaskan.....Smoked Peking Duck.
Once upon a time served only for the emperor,alhamdulillah aku berjaya menjayakan menu yg complex ni,siap kene mandikan dlm whirlpool bath.
