A starter to begin
We have bragged enough about the Saveur Pasta.
Today, the spotlight goes to two other crowd favourites.

French Onion Soup — slow caramelised onions in a rich broth, finished with melted cheese.

White Asparagus Salad - Seasonal spears served with a classic gribiche sauce of egg, mustard and herbs.

Now for the main event, The heart of the meal.

Pork Loin with Dijon Mustard Cream — tender pork with a smooth Dijon cream sauce.

Steak Frites — a French bistro classic with juicy steak and golden fries.

Provençal-Style Barramundi crisp skin, tender flesh, served with potatoes in a rich tomato, black olive and herb sauce.
