We deeply regret to inform you that due to various circumstances, Ramen Santouka Clark Quay Central shop will be unfortunately closing on May 10th, 2025, after 17 years of business in Singapore.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your patronage and support over the years. We also deeply apologize for the sudden announcement.
Ramen Santouka is serving the same delicious ramen across various countries and regions including Japan, United States, Canada, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines and Thailand. Feel free to drop by our shops whenever you visit these locations.

BLACK GARLIC RAMEN – A DEEP, AROMATIC INDULGENCE

This month at SANTOUKA is offering a special twist on our classic Shio Ramen: Black Garlic Ramen.

The gentle salt-based broth, made from carefully simmered pork bones, gains new depth from the addition of sweet,

aromatic black garlic oil. The result is a bowl that’s mellow yet rich, with a complexity that lingers.
As the bowl is placed in front of you, a roasted garlic aroma quietly rises. The jet-black oil slowly spreads over the milky broth, adding both visual contrast and a subtle smokiness.

Take a sip, and the creamy texture of the Shio broth comes through first, followed by the bittersweet notes of black garlic. It’s smooth on the palate, with a layered flavor that unfolds gradually.
