Frantzens Kitchen Hong Kong is Björn Frantzéns first permanent restaurant outside of Sweden. Björn Frantzén is one of Swedens most renowned chefs awarded with three Michelin Stars and listed on "The worlds 50 Best Restaurants" for five consecutive years. Frantzéns Kitchen is a modern Nordic bistro serving medium-sized dishes with Asian influences in a casual and relaxed environment.
We are now looking for talented individuals for chef de partie positions to join our team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for food preparation, cooking and general duties in kitchen
-Ensure kitchen area and work station are clean, tidy and hygienic
-Ensure food quality, portion size, and presentations meet standards
-Responsible for the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef & Sous Chef e.g. stock takes, organising meetings with suppliers & training junior staff.
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in food & beverage Industry
-Able to work in a high pace environment
-Detailed oriented and passionate about food & beverage
-Fluent in English
- Covid-19 Vaccinated
- Valid working visa or Hong Kong ID is required
