Okay, here's a review of the new Shanghai restaurant in Riyadh's Solitaire Mall:
Stepping into Shanghai at Solitaire Mall, I was immediately drawn in by its modern take on traditional Chinese decor. The ambiance strikes a balance between elegance and comfort, making it a great spot for both casual dinners and special occasions.
The Lava Rock Shrimps were a standout among the starters, offering a thrilling culinary experience as they sizzled on the hot stone, infusing each bite with a smoky flavor. The Shrimp Dumplings, on the other hand, were delicate and skillfully prepared, with a delicious filling that melted in my mouth.
For the main courses, the Stir-Fry Mongolian Beef was tender and flavorful, perfectly capturing the essence of Mongolian cuisine with a rich, savory sauce. The Crispy Chicken Chili, however, was the star of the evening.
