Presenting Kylin's SICHUAN GRILL FISH (seabass).

A fiery, mouth-numbing dish known as "Kao yu". Most popular in the Chongqing region.

It is served bubbling at the table,swimming in a spicy, numbing broth loaded with chilies, garlic, and Sichuan peppercorns. Diners add vegetables, mushrooms, and noodles right into the spicy stew. Think of it like a giant, flavorful hot pot, but with a massive crispy fish as the main ingredient.
