Back for round 2 with Chef Jean Lucas! After the croissant class i had to come back for the pizza and sourdough and it’s one of the best classes i’ve ever taken. Chef is jus sooo articulate and explained the baking process so well, i learned a ton. So grateful to get to learn from someone so talented. Plus, my classmates were so cool!😎

flew away for a couple of days to dive headfirst into the world of croissants! 🥐 and ofcourse u only learn the proper way when it’s from a French pastry chef, Chef Lucas. So detailed, organized, and meticulous with his craft. Such an amazing experience and 💯 worth it! 🥐🥐

P.S Chef wouldn’t let me take off our messy aprons on to prove i’m a master at work haha 😂 👩‍🍳📸

Pastéis de nata are iconic Portuguese custard tarts created before the 18th century by Catholic monks at the Jerónimos monastery in Lisbon who used leftover egg yolks from starching clothes.
The pastries are often served warm, sprinkled with cinnamon and paired with espresso coffee 😍
