PARTE 4-5/7 of trying the NEW MENU ⛱️🥢

Double episode: the gyozas. Chicken and vegetarian, side by side.
Crispy on top, soft underneath, served with a sweet dip. Same fold, same filling logic, two completely different personalities.

Both got their approval, but the veggie one edged ahead. and picked a side, and it wasn’t the one we expected 🥟

That’s the new dishes done. Next up: the 2 signature bowls, Mellow and Fresh. Follow 👀

Two raw fish dishes down, time to turn the heat on!

Episode 3: Takoyaki. Crispy octopus balls topped with Japanese mayo — Osaka street food, straight from the carts where it was invented in the 1930s.

PARTE 2/7 of trying the NEW MENU ⛱️🥢

Everyone knows ceviche, but almost nobody knows its Filipino cousin…

Episode 2: Kinilaw. Same idea, but no heat, the acid does the work and the coconut and ginger join the party. Fresh tuna, red onion, chilli, tomato and cucumber. Creamy, sharp and a little spicy, all at once.

Meet the judges: and - Their day job? dealing with fresh fish, every single day, at one of the most respected Japanese restaurants in Cascais. Their weekend plan? Sitting at the beach rating our entire new menu with zero mercy.

This peruvian dish never touches heat, the lime does the cooking. Fresh tuna, red onion, avocado, tomato and cucumber!
