Did you know that a knife hangs at the entrance to Cloth Hall (Sukiennice) ? The knife is said to be connected to a dark legend about 2 brothers that fought over which one would built a taller tower on St.Mary's Bassilica.

If you want to try the best street food in Krakow.
You have to try Zapiekanka! It's a delicious baguette with various toppings.
The best ones are served in the "Okrąglak" (roundabout).

Approximately a 30-minute walk from the Main Market Square.

"Okrąglak" is located in the former Jewish district "Kazimierz"

If you're near Wawel Hill, you should also approach it from the Vistula River. There's a sculpture of the legendary Wawel Dragon. It breathes fire every three minutes.

Near the main train station is the famous Florian Gate. Behind it, on the defensive walls, is a mini gallery of contemporary Polish painting. Excellent prices and beautiful paintings. The sellers will advise you where to find a complete catalog of works by Krakow artists.

The best vantage point for a panoramic view of all of Krakow is the tower at the Unity Center at Aleksandra Lubomirskiego Street 20. It costs 50 PLN per person. This price includes a voucher for use at the drink bar. We highly recommend it!
