Crispy Zinger Burger
Flaten chicken breast fillet with hammer. Season it with garlic paste salt and red chilli powder. Soak it in butter milk for about an hour. For dry coating mix maida, corn flour, rice flour, salt, red chilli powder and mix herbs. Coat fillet in dry mix and press with hands. If you want thick crumb coat dip in butter milk and repeat dry coat. Deep fry in hot oil. Grill buns. Spread some mayo over buns. On top of fillet place cheese slice and some iceburg lettuce. Serve with hot french fries. ENJOY!

Beef patty burger with potato wedges and fresh lime
For beef patty, in beef mince add chopped onions, balck pepper salt and egg. Mix well. Shape a patty and grill it or shallow fry it in frying pan. Place cheese slice over hot patty. Grill bun and spread some mayo over it. Place patty and some lettuce and tomatoes slice. Now drizzle good amount of bbq sauce.
For wedges cut pataoes boil them. Sprinkle corn flour, salt and red chilli flakes. Deep fry in hot oil.
Squeeze fresh lemon in 7up (I don't like sprite😉). Hope u like this simple yet delicious recipe.
P.S you can use chicken or mutton mince .
