🍪 1. Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 egg
• 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together.
3. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
4. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
5. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
6. Fold in chocolate chips.
7. Scoop small balls onto a baking sheet.
8. Bake 10–12 minutes until golden.
9. Cool on a rack and enjoy.

Ingredients
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter
• 1 egg
• 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Beat peanut butter, butter, and both sugars.
3. Add egg and mix.
4. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
5. Mix dry and wet ingredients.
6. Roll dough into balls and press with a fork (crisscross pattern).
7. Bake 10–12 minutes.
8. Cool before serving.

• 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
• 3/4 cup raisins
Instructions

3. Add egg and vanilla.
4. Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
5. Combine wet and dry mixtures.
6. Add oats and raisins; fold in.
7. Drop spoonfuls onto baking tray.
8. Bake 10–12 minutes.
9. Let cool completely.

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1 tsp cinnamon (for coating)

4. Combine flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt.
5. Mix dry and wet ingredients.
6. Roll dough into balls.
7. Coat each ball in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
