Green Chilli Qeema with Potatoes (Hari Mirch Qeema)
✅ Ingredients
500 g beef qeema
½ cup mustard oil
1 large onion (sliced)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3 cloves (long)
1 small piece cinnamon (daar chini)
6–7 tomatoes (cut in half)
Green chilies (as per taste)
Potatoes (as required)
½ cup yogurt
Salt to taste
Whole coriander seeds & cumin powder (for finishing)
✅ Cooking Method
1️⃣ Mustard oil garam karen.
2️⃣ Sliced onion dal kar soft hone dain.
3️⃣ Ginger garlic paste, cloves aur cinnamon dal kar 4 minutes bhonain.
4️⃣ Ab qeema dal kar bhonen jab tak color change ho jaye.
5️⃣ Tomato halves dal kar dhak den. Jab soft ho jaye to chilka utaar den.
6️⃣ Ab taste ke mutabiq hari mirch aur aloo dal kar bhonen.
7️⃣ Aloo soft karne ke liye halki aanch par 10 minutes pakaen.
8️⃣ Jab pani dry ho jaye to ½ cup dahi dal kar achi tarah bhonen.
9️⃣ Aakhir mein sabut dhania aur zeera dal kar dum de dain.
🌶️ Mazedar Hari Mirch Qeema tayyar!

✅ Ingredients

Ingredients
700 g Carrots (Gajar)
1 small Cauliflower (Gobi)
800 g Potatoes (Aloo)
1 Brinjal / Eggplant (Baingan)
1 Turnip (Shaljam)
½ kg Fenugreek leaves (Methi)
10 Green Chilies
10 Garlic Cloves
1 inch piece of Ginger
½ kg Tomatoes
1 Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
1 large Green Onion
Mustard Oil (according to need)
Salt to taste
Green chili as per taste
Fresh Coriander for garnish
Method
Cut all vegetables.
Crush garlic, ginger, and green chilies together.
Heat mustard oil in a pan.
First add crushed garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Fry for 3–4 minutes.
Add methi (fenugreek leaves) and fry until moisture dries.
Now add all vegetables and fry well.
Cook for about 20 minutes.
Add tomatoes and cook until they blend well.
Add capsicum and green onion, cook for 7 minutes.
Cover and simmer (dum).
Add fresh coriander, turn off the flame.
Adjust salt and spices according to taste.
Your delicious mixed vegetables are ready!
مکس سبزی بنانے کا طریقہ (اردو)
اجزاء
700 گرام گاجر
1 چھوٹا پھول گوبھی
800 گرام آلو
1 بینگن
1 شلجم
آدھا کلو میتھی
10 ہری مرچیں
10 جوے لہسن
1 انچ ادرک
آدھا کلو ٹماٹر
1 شملا مرچ
1 بڑی ہری پیاز
رائی کا تیل ضرورت کے مطابق
نمک حسبِ ذائقہ
ہری مرچ حسبِ ذائقہ
ہرا دھنیا سجاوٹ کے لیے
ترکیب
سب سبزیاں کاٹ لیں۔
لہسن، ادرک اور ہری مرچیں کوٹ لیں۔
رائی کا تیل گرم کریں۔
سب سے پہلے کوٹا ہوا لہسن، ادرک اور ہری مرچ ڈال کر 3–4 منٹ بھونیں۔
اب میتھی ڈالیں اور اچھی طرح بھونیں یہاں تک کہ پانی خشک ہو جائے۔
تمام سبزیاں ڈال کر اچھی طرح بھونیں۔
تقریباً 20 منٹ پکائیں۔
اب ٹماٹر ڈالیں اور اچھی طرح گلنے تک پکائیں۔
پھر شملا مرچ اور ہری پیاز ڈال کر 7 منٹ بھونیں۔
دم پر رکھ دیں۔
ہرا دھنیا ڈال کر آنچ بند کر دیں۔
نمک اور مرچ ذائقے کے مطابق ایڈجسٹ کریں۔

Crispy kababs tossed in garlicky yogurt masala – bold, spicy & full of chatkhara! 🔥 A must-try desi favorite.

📝 Ingredients

For Kababs
Minced beef or chicken – 500 g
Onion (very finely chopped & squeezed) – 120 g (¾ cup)
Green chilies (finely chopped) – 2–3 pcs (15 g)
Fresh coriander (chopped) – 2 tbsp (8 g)
Fresh mint (chopped) – 1 tbsp (4 g)
Ginger paste – 1 tsp (5 g)
Garlic paste – 1 tsp (5 g)
Red chili powder – 1 tsp (4 g)
Crushed red chili – ½ tsp (2 g)
Black pepper (crushed) – 1 tsp (3 g)
Cumin powder – 1 tsp (3 g)
Coriander powder – 1 tsp (3 g)
Garam masala – ½ tsp (2 g)
Salt – 1 tsp (6 g) (or to taste)
Roasted gram flour (besan) – 2 tbsp (20 g)
Egg – 1 small
Oil – 3 tbsp (45 ml) (for shallow frying)

For Yogurt Masala
Thick yogurt – 200 g (¾ cup)
Salt – ½ tsp (3 g)
Red chili powder – ½ tsp (2 g)
Cumin powder – ½ tsp (2 g)
Coriander powder – ½ tsp (2 g)
Black pepper (crushed) – ½ tsp (1.5 g)

For Final Toss
Oil – 2 tbsp (30 ml)
Garlic (crushed) – 1 tbsp (10 g)
Onion (thinly sliced) – 1 small (60 g)
Green chilies (slit) – 2 pcs

👩‍🍳 Method

In a bowl, combine all kabab ingredients. Mix well for 5–6 minutes until slightly sticky.

Rest mixture for 10 minutes. Shape into thick kababs.

Shallow fry on medium heat until evenly golden and cooked through.

Remove kababs and keep aside.

Yogurt Masala:
In a bowl, whisk yogurt with salt, red chili, cumin, coriander, and black pepper. Keep aside.

Final Cooking:
Heat oil in a pan. Add crushed garlic and sauté until fragrant (do not brown).

Add fried kababs and gently toss.

Pour in yogurt mixture, mix carefully, and cook on low–medium flame until moisture dries and kababs are well coated.

Add sliced onion and green chilies. Cook for 1 minute.

Turn off heat and serve hot.
