This multi level residential villa synthesizes classical architectural typology with modern spatial organization, utilizing a reinforced concrete structure finished in smooth, off white exterior plaster with integrated wall moldings and a dark tiled, low slope hipped roof terminating in defined eaves and cornice detailing. Designed around a secure, continuous boundary wall to optimize privacy and thermal performance, the perimeter incorporates black metal access gates with brass accents, a recessed pedestrian entry, and raised travertine planter beds. The primary axial entry sequence leads into a courtyard lined with diamond grid turf pavers, centered on a double height arched portal framed in black steel glazing with a keystone motif. Internally, the ground floor opens onto a covered, column supported loggia housing an elongated lap pool, while high aspect ratio vertical slot apertures and expansive picture windows framed in dark aluminum provide strategic daylighting while controlling solar heat gain.

Architectural equilibrium is achieved through a rigorous, symmetrical tripartite composition that synthesizes Mediterranean Revival elements with classical Neoclassical order. The principal elevation is anchored by a monumental, double height cylindrical portico, where a robust colonnade supports an elevated Belvedere tower defined by a refined decorative balustrade. This central pavilion acts as a civic scaled anchor, from which two symmetrical flanking wings extend, detailed with corner quoins, crisp window architraves, and a rhythmic series of arched fenestrations and French doors. The structural massing is punctuated by a delicate play of wrought iron ironwork and capped by the warm texture of Spanish barrel tile roofing. At the ground plane, the threshold experience is elevated by a highly controlled landscape parterre, integrated up lighting, and an expansive mosaic tiled aquatic feature that mirrors the entire facade, amplifying its monumental scale and spatial depth.
