Unlike typical coffee cherries that contain two beans, a peaberry forms when only a single, rounder bean develops inside the cherry — a rare and natural occurrence. Hand-picking and sorting these unique beans is a delicate and demanding process.

Peaberries are prized for their distinct flavor profile — a vibrant acidity, delicate sweetness, and a complexity that stands out in every cup. Roasting them requires skill, as their dense, rounded shape behaves differently from regular beans.

The country’s high-altitude farms, unique microclimates, and traditional sun-drying methods produce some of the most exquisite, naturally processed coffees in the world. This particular micro lot has been ethically sourced from our dedicated community farm, where generations of farmers work tirelessly—day and night—to cultivate and preserve Yemen’s rich coffee heritage.
