We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to handle operations and grow business.
🔹Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations & staff
• Increase sales (Dine-in + Online)
• Handle Foodpanda & online orders
• Ensure service quality & customer satisfaction
🔹Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years restaurant experience
• Microsoft Excel & computer skills
• Leadership & business mindset
🔹Working Hours: 10–12 hours
🔹Salary: Market competitive

🔹ذمہ داریاں:
• ریسٹورنٹ کے روزمرہ آپریشنز کو مینج کرنا
• سیلز بڑھانے کیلئے نئی اسٹریٹیجیز دینا
• فوڈ پانڈا اور آن لائن آرڈرز کو مینج کرنا
• اسٹاف کی نگرانی اور سروس بہتر بنانا
• کسٹمر ایکسپیرینس بہتر کرنا (ڈائن اِن + ڈیلیوری)
• صفائی، کوالٹی اور سروس برقرار رکھنا
ضروریات:
• کم از کم بیچلرز ڈگری
• ریسٹورنٹ/ہوٹل انڈسٹری میں کم از کم 3 سال کا تجربہ
• Microsoft Excel اور کمپیوٹر کی اچھی سمجھ
• فوڈ پانڈا اور آن لائن سسٹمز کا تجربہ
• ٹیم مینجمنٹ اور لیڈرشپ اسکلز
• بزنس اور سیلز بڑھانے کی صلاحیت
