1. Engineering Supervisor
Location: Oriental Hotel
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
The Engineering Supervisor will oversee daily engineering operations, ensure optimal functioning of hotel facilities, and lead maintenance teams to maintain high safety and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair of hotel facilities and equipment
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Manage engineering staff schedules and performance
Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergencies
Requirements:
HND/BSc in Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience (hotel experience is an advantage)
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
2. IT Associate
Location: Oriental Hotel
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
The IT Associate will provide technical support, assist with system maintenance, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations within the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support to staff
Assist in maintaining computer systems, networks, and peripherals
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Support hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and email platforms
Maintain IT inventory and documentation
Requirements:
OND/HND/BSc in Information Technology or related field
1–3 years experience in an IT support role
Basic knowledge of networking and operating systems
Good communication and customer service skills
3. IT Officer
Location: Oriental Hotel
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
The IT Officer will be responsible for managing the hotel’s IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, reliability, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain servers, networks, and hotel IT systems
Ensure data security, backups, and system updates
Oversee IT policies, procedures, and compliance
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Train staff on IT systems and best practices
Requirements:
BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience
Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and cybersecurity
Experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage
