I make affordable yet quality delectable cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, cookies, muffins and chocolate truffles with mouth-watering elegant designs. I can accept orders from Cebu but it highly depends under certain conditions (like time). Short notice orders can be accepted, depends if I have extra time. Delivery is on meet-ups only.
