I was supposed to open today, but the servings I made got snapped up by my brother and a friend, so I don't have stocks anymore currently.

I did have some of the clear broth and braised beef left over, so I thought I'd test a recipe instead... So here it is, my version of beef pares mami!

And guess what, it's pretty darned good!! Good enough that I should be able to offer it this coming week! I promise you, if you're craving for some good noods, this will hit the spot ;)

Our iced cafe latte uses a special micro ground coffee blend, and is an insanely good value @ only 65 pesos! Come try it out along with our special classic pares, made fresh every day! Free refills on the special clear beef broth for dine-in customers ^_^

Hello world! Not a morning person cafe is fully operational, although pop-up operation lang muna tayo for the time being. That said...nauna pa to sa coffee promotionals haha, pero baket ba, eh sa masarap to eh 😁

We'll be open tomorrow, starting around 4pm or so maybe earlier if circumstances permits.. Current schedule of operations will be from Wednesday to Sunday, from 4pm-8pm (unless the weather doesn't permit it), with dine-in seating available, al-fresco style by the roadside ;)

My special classic pares will be available, and yes, iced coffee as well! Free refills for the clear beef soup! ^_^ See you tomorrow!
