It has come to my attention that someone is calling out my page. For clarification, after my first issue, I have already stopped teaching and shifted my focus to further training for a higher-level course.

I’ve been occupied these past few days with my training and personal commitments. I remain committed to continuous learning and will keep improving as long as I am able to.

While my page does not currently provide any services, I continue to refer clients to my previous dive site.

Thank you, and have a great day.

What initially felt like a callout turned out to be a blessing in disguise.
Since January, I had been searching for someone to document my 200-meter swim requirement for certification. I reached out to several co-coaches for assistance, but due to scheduling conflicts and other limitations, no one was available at the time. I was also having difficulty finding a suitable pool where I could complete the requirement without imposing too much on others. Looking back, perhaps I was simply seeking help in the wrong places.
Unexpectedly, a couple reached out to me and offered their support in helping me complete my certification. They generously provided complimentary swim training, which I truly did not anticipate. Initially, I approached the situation with caution and took steps to confirm their identity and credibility. After doing so, I was reassured by their sincerity and genuine willingness to help.
What started as a simple request for someone to record my swim evolved into an opportunity to properly learn and improve my swimming skills under structured guidance. I asked for documentation, but I was given development.
I am beyond grateful to Coach and Coach of for their generosity, professionalism, and support. This experience reminded me that sometimes challenges redirect us toward better opportunities and the right people at the right time.

I began this journey as a non-swimmer who struggled with panic in the water. After three months of consistent freediving, my curiosity and passion for the sport led me to enroll in the Wave 1 Certification course. Throughout the process, I gained not only technical knowledge and skills but also personal growth and discipline. Eventually, I stepped into coaching while still working toward completing my Wave 1 course.
During this time, I made the decision to quit smoking. The withdrawal process was challenging and affected my performance and well-being, which required me to temporarily pause my certification. After a few months of recovery and regaining strength, I resumed my course in January. However, due to unforeseen circumstances and prioritizing safety, I had to pause coaching again for the rest of February.
Today, I am proud to share that I am officially Wave 1 Certified.
I sincerely thank my instructor/coach .freediver of for the guidance, patience, and support throughout this journey. I am also deeply grateful to Coach and Coach of for providing me with complimentary swim training, which greatly contributed to my improvement and confidence in the water.
The challenges I faced along the way led me to meaningful connections, growth, and new opportunities. For that, I am truly grateful.
