It’s finally here—three fresh releases, all dialed in for filter brew. ☕
We begin with 🇪🇹 Ethiopia Sidama Alo Faficho—bright and expressive, opening with strawberry sweetness before drifting into earl grey florals and a sparkling citrus finish. It’s light, clean, and almost tea-like in the way it lingers.
Then 🇪🇹 Ethiopia Sidama Doora Bona grounds the set: still structured, but with more depth. Green tea leads into plum and a gentle brown sugar sweetness, giving it a fuller, more rounded profile without losing clarity.
Finally, 🇨🇷 Costa Rica Hacienda Copey introduces a different approach—the Yellow Honey process, where more of the fruit is left on the bean during drying. That choice brings out a richer, more textured cup with honeyed sweetness, cola-like notes, soft vanilla, and a lift of lime peel.
