✨ IT'S FINALLY HERE! ✨

We’re officially releasing the beans we first shared exclusively at last month’s Coffee Plz World Festival—just in time for Buwan ng Wika. 🇵🇭

Our very first local offering comes from Tuba, Benguet, produced by Charito Mostales. Expect a cup that’s bold and memorable: strong prune juice notes with layers of berries, chocolate, vanilla, and pineapple. 🍫🍍

We’ve been wanting to showcase local beans for a while now, and we’re so excited to finally share this with you. We couldn’t think of a better time to start than this month! 🙆‍♀️

🚨 New coffee drops just in time for this weekend’s event at .world (Corner House, San Juan)! Swing by and taste all three—roasted and brewed fresh and made for curious coffee lovers like you. ☕️✨

We got 🇪🇹 Ethiopia Gesha Village from Dimma brings the fruitiest punch of the bunch, a naturally processed coffee bursting with mixed berries, rose, guava, and apple. Bright, fun, and full of character.

Next up is 🇵🇦 Panama’s Casa Ruiz—smooth and mellow with flavors that remind us of black tea, dried fruits like prunes, and a touch of almond. It’s a cozy, calming cup that’s perfect for a slow afternoon.

And finally, our first ever from 🇪🇨 Ecuador: we’ve got a beautifully balanced coffee from Finca Cofradia. Expect gentle pu'er tea-like notes, soft white florals, and a hint of apricot sweetness. It’s clean, comforting, and super easy to love.

As we ease into the heart of the year, we’re excited to share three new offerings, each with distinct profiles that are thoughtfully sourced and best enjoyed slow. Whether you lean floral and delicate or bold and juicy, there’s something here for you. 🫡

First up, from 🇪🇹 Ethiopia Sidama Shantawene Ayla—a washed coffee from Testi Coffee in Bensa, Sidama. Expect a clean, elegant cup with notes of jasmine green tea, apricot, chamomile, and bergamot.

Next, we head to 🇭🇳 Honduras Finca El Puente by Marysabel Caballero. This naturally processed lot brings comfort and sweetness in the form of chocolate praline, vanilla, and honeydew. An easygoing daily driver with just enough complexity to keep things interesting.

Finally, for espresso fans, we’re excited to bring in 🇨🇴 Colombia CGLE Tolima Planadas from Café Granja La Esperanza. A washed coffee with notes of dark berries, panela, roasted nuts, and apple—a good alternative for those looking for a fruitier profile.

As we stepped into 2025, we’ve continued our pursuit of refining our craft, small bumps and learning curves included. This month, we’re happy to share two new arrivals to kick off the second quarter—both comforting profiles perfect for an everyday daily driver.

First, we have 🇧🇷 Brazil Mogiana Santa Adelia—a naturally processed coffee that leans into everything we love about Brazilian coffees: rich, chocolatey, and nutty.

Then, from 🇨🇴 Colombia Finca Santa Monica, we have something a little more playful—a honey-processed coffee with cinnamon co-fermentation, bringing out unique layers of stewed pineapple, dark cherry, and a subtle gingerbread-like spice.

As we approached the end of 2024, we focused on refining our roasting techniques, practicing diligently to ensure that every release meets our commitment and promise of quality.

To start 2025 on the right note, we're excited to introduce three new beans (including our yesterday release). We wanted to introduce a slightly revamped Aurora Coffee, showcasing enhanced roasting quality.

First, we have 🇪🇹 Ethiopia Gargari Gutiti, sourced from the renowned Yirgacheffe region. This coffee offers a vibrant, fruity profile with notes of guava, orange candy, and strawberry, complemented by a nuanced 52% dark chocolate-like taste—reminiscent of a less intense, winey chocolate.

Next, our 🇰🇪 Kenya Nyeri Kieni features AA-graded beans that deliver a classic blackcurrant flavor, accompanied by a honey-like texture with hints of green plums and raspberries.
