Upon cracking open our lustrous chocolate pearl shell, you’ll find layers of dayap cake, latik caramel, and coconut mousse for the perfect blend of zestiness and sweetness. This intricate entremet is carefully served on a specially hand-crafted sugar crystal shell with coconut foam, resting on a bed of polvoron.

We hope to capture the true magnificence of Southeast Asian nature through this show-stopping last course. 🍰

✨🌿 Introducing SUAY's Main Course: Luc Lac Steak with Asian Rice Pilaf 🌿✨

Inspired by Vietnam's flavorful Bo Luc Lac dish, our main course consists of tender steak cuts paired with an Asian-style rice pilaf. This is served alongside our housemade cilantro aioli, stir-fried vegetables, then garnished with a garlic and tomato confit. For the optional wine pairing, it will be served with Cabernet Sauvignon to highlight this dish’s rich flavors.

Our steak hopes to capture the depth of the night through its rich and bold flavors. 🌙
