Our Limited Edition Savory Matcha Series is here! A specially crafted lineup of classic Japanese dishes infused with the rich, earthy notes of matcha:

🍤Matcha Ebi Tempura
Golden, crunchy shrimp coated in matcha batter for a vibrant and savory twist.

🐟 Matcha Tuna Ochazuke
Fresh slices of sashimi-grade tuna with sesame sauce, and Japanese rice topped with fresh parsley, crispy rice puffs and dried kelp are served with a pot of steaming matcha broth to pour over.

✨ Matcha Chawanmushi
Silky, steamed egg custard elevated with a velvety matcha layer topped with fresh shrimp and matcha powder.
