✅ Basic Qualifications:
Educational Background:
At least a high school graduate; college level or degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality is an advantage.
Work Experience:
Minimum 1 year sales experience (preferably in B2B, FMCG, or foodservice industry).
Experience in selling to restaurants, hotels, or food establishments is a strong advantage.
Knowledge & Skills:
Familiarity with cooking oil filtration systems or kitchen equipment is a plus.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Can identify customer pain points and propose value-based solutions.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knows how to conduct product demonstrations and handle objections.
Personality Traits:
Confident, proactive, and goal-driven.
Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
Has a professional appearance and attitude suitable for client meetings.
Technical Requirements:
Basic computer skills (for inventory, CRM tools, or reports).
Other Requirements:
Willing to do fieldwork and travel within assigned territories.
Preferably has own motorcycle or vehicle (optional but preferred).
Familiar with the local restaurant and hotel industry.
