‼️GOURMET TUYO SA GARAPON BY KAWA‼️
✅RECIPE HACK OF THE DAY-GOURMET TUYO PESTO SPAGHETTI PASTA

🔴INGREDIENTS:
▢ 5 pieces Gourmet Tuyo by Kawa and flaked
▢ ½ cup Parmesan cheese
▢ 1 lb. spaghetti

🔴PESTO INGREDIENTS:
▢ 2 cups basil leaves fresh
▢ ¼ cups pine nuts or cashew nuts roasted
▢ 3 cloves garlic
▢ ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
▢ 1/3 cup olive oil extra virgin

🔴INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣ Prepare the pesto by combining basil, roasted pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor. Blitz for 30 seconds. Add Parmesan cheese. Continue to blitz while gradually pouring olive oil. Set aside.
2️⃣Cook the spaghetti based on package instructions. Save ¾ cups of pasta water. Drain the remaining water.
3️⃣Place the cooked spaghetti in a large bowl. Combine tuyo fish flakes, Parmesan cheese, and all of the fresh pesto. Toss. Add pasta water as needed.
4️⃣ Arrange the tuyo pesto in a pasta bowl. Serve. Share.

‼️GOURMET TAHONG SA GARAPON BY KAWA- RECIPE PULUTAN OR ULAM HACK OF THE DAY!- GOURMET TAHONG SISIG

🔴INGREDIENTS:
1 bottle Gourmet Tahong sa Garapon by Kawa
4 tbsp butter
1 large red onion, finely chopped
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
2-3 pcs green chili (siling haba), chopped
1-2 pcs bird’s eye chili (siling labuyo), chopped (optional for extra heat)
1/2 cup mayonnaise (Japanese mayo recommended for richness)
2 tbsp soy sauce or liquid seasoning
4-5 pcs calamansi, extracted
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional: 1 egg, chopped liver, or minced ginger

🔴INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣Sauté Aromatics: Heat butter in a pan. Sauté garlic, onions, and ginger (if using) until fragrant and lightly browned
2️⃣Add the Gourmet Tahong by Kawa to the pan. Season with soy sauce/liquid seasoning, and black pepper. Stir-fry for 1minute.
3️⃣Add Creaminess: Turn off the heat. Stir in the j*p mayo and calamansi juice, ensuring the sauce coats the mussels evenly.
Finish & Serve: Add the chilies. Transfer the mixture to a hot sizzling plate. If desired, break an egg on top and mix before serving immediately.

For extra texture, add crushed pork rind (chicharon)

‼️GOURMET TINAPANG GALUNGGONG SA GARAPON BY KAWA- RECIPE PULUTAN OR ULAM HACK OF THE DAY!- GOURMET TINAPANG GALUNGGONG LUMPIA

🔴INGREDIENTS:
✅ 1 bottle Gourmet Tinapang Galunggong by Kawa. Flake or shred the gourmet tinapa
✅Aromatics: 1/2 cup onions (minced), 3/4 cup carrots (minced), 2 tbsp garlic (minced), 1/4 cup spring onions.
✅Binding/Filler: 1 large egg, 1/4 cup cream cheese (optional, for creamier filling), or salted eggs.
✅Wrappers: 25 pcs. spring roll wrappers.
✅Seasoning: 1/2 tsp pepper, salt or 1/2 pack Umami seasoning.
✅Others: Oil for frying, water (for sealing)

🔴INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣ Prepare Filling: Combine flaked tinapa, carrots, onions, garlic, spring onions, egg, and seasonings in a bowl. Mix well.
2️⃣Wrap: Place 1 tablespoon of the mixture near one corner of a wrapper. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly, sealing the edge with water.
3️⃣Fry: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the lumpia until golden brown and crispy.
4️⃣Drain & Serve: Remove excess oil using a colander or paper towel. Serve warm with dip.

🔴INGREDIENTS:
1 bottle Gourmet Tahong sa Garapon by Kawa

‼️GOURMET TAHONG SA GARAPON BY KAWA - RECIPE HACK OF THE DAY- GOURMET TAHONG PASTA

🔴INGREDIENTS:
-GOURMET TAHONG by Kawa
-1/2 lb linguine cooked according to package instructions
-1 medium yellow onion minced
-1/2 cup parsley chopped
-1 1/2 tablespoon garlic minced
-1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
-3 tablespoons Gourment Tahong oil
-1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
-1 teaspoon salt

🔴INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣Saute onions and garlic in Gourmet Tahong oil
2️⃣Add parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir gently.
3️⃣Gradually add the cooked linguine while stirring.
4️⃣Turn off the heat then add gourmet tahong and “MARRY” 👰🤵 the pasta and sauce to coat evenly and transfer to a serving plate.
Garnish with parmesan cheese. Serve with garlic bread.
