Batchoy, less commonly spelled batsoy, is a noodle soup made with pork offal, crushed pork cracklings, chicken stock, beef loin and round noodles. Its origins can be traced to the district of La Paz, Iloilo City in the Philippines.

Last August 22, we lovingly remember and celebrate the birthdays of our dear Lola Taks and Lolo Junior—two beautiful souls who may no longer be with us, but whose love, memories, and legacy continue to live on in our hearts. 🤍

We are forever grateful for the life they shared with us, the values they taught us, and most especially, the wonderful legacy they left behind—Lola Taks Batchoyan. 🍜❤️

What started as their humble passion has become more than just a place for delicious batchoy. It has become a reminder of their hard work, love for family, generosity, and the importance of bringing people together around good food and happy memories.

Every bowl we serve carries a little piece of their story. Every customer we welcome reminds us that their legacy continues to touch lives.
