In 1978, our founder, Mrs. Myrna Caliolio Inocencio, won 1st Prize in the Baking Category of the Great Maya Cookfest with Nora Daza.

A proud moment that marked the beginning of a sweeter journey.

Five years later, in 1983, Myrna’s Bake House was born.

As we get closer to our 43rd anniversary, we look back with gratitude at the passion that started it all.

As we get closer to our 43rd Anniversary, we wanted to share a little sweetness with the people who continue to love Myrna’s.

When we asked, “Cosa tu favorito na Myrna’s?”, we randomly picked 5 names from the comments for our Appreciation Raffle—and they didn’t even know they were joining!

Instead of cherries, Myrna’s Bake House uses peaches and nuts—a recipe created by our founder, Ms. Myrna Inocencio, back in 1983.

It’s our original recipe.
It’s part of our history.
It’s truly Zamboangueño.

As we get closer to our 43rd Anniversary, we’re taking a little trip back to the classics that helped make Myrna’s what it is today.
