The unit was accidentally plugged into a 220V outlet, which damaged the power control board. Fortunately, the damage wasn’t so bad, so no need for a board replacement.

Repaired this KitchenAid Artisan mixer from Oltre Coffee, Makati!

It was previously checked by another technician, but they had difficulty removing the planetary assembly. Unfortunately, part of the pin groove was left stuck on the shaft, which caused the planetary to get badly stuck.

We literally had to grind it out just to remove it 🥲 After general maintenance and replacing the planetary assembly and pin groove, the unit is now as good as new ✨

Repaired and maintained these KitchenAid Artisan 5Qt. and 6Qt. mixers sent all the way from Mindoro!

The Artisan 5Qt. unit was not working during initial testing due to worn out carbon brushes. We did general maintenance and replaced the carbon brushes for a smooth operation.

The Artisan 6Qt. unit had a worn out attachment shaft and a damaged power cord. The cord end was already loose and close to failure—likely from frequent bending—so we recommended a full replacement for safety and durability.

Both units underwent general maintenance, and all worn out parts were replaced to ensure smooth performance.

Reconditioned this KitchenAid Heavy Duty mixer sent from Manila!

The client wanted the unit conditioned and ready to be used again after being in storage for a while.

We fully dismantled the unit and cleaned its body and parts thoroughly.

During general maintenance, we noticed that the carbon brushes were already almost worn out. We recommended replacing them to make sure the mixer will run properly and avoid any issues during use.

Repaired this KitchenAid Artisan mixer sent from Bagong Silangan, QC!

Initially, it was only sent to us for general maintenance. However, upon inspection, we discovered that the carbon brushes were almost worn out. This is normal, as these brushes are the consumable part of KitchenAid and wear down over time.

We also noticed that the lock/pin of the attachment shaft had already loosened, which may mix with the food if it had completely broken off.

We replaced these parts to ensure that the mixer will run smoothly after maintenance.

The unit was already running on high speed even when set to level 1, which is one of the common indications of a defective board.

We did general maintenance and replaced the phase control board and the carbon brushes for a smoother operation.

Repaired these KitchenAid Artisan mixers sent by Chingolo from Makati! ✨

The black unit had a defective armature motor, which had already been recommended for replacement back in 2023. The unit was not reaching its proper speed at level 10 — one of the common indications of a failing armature motor.

The red unit had a damaged gear worm, which caused it to stop spinning.

Both units underwent general maintenance for a smoother operation.
