Bangus Sisig
1 whole of Bangus (boneless) Deep-fry and the flaked
1 white Onion
1 egg
2tbs soysauce
1tbs liquid seasoning
1 tbs mayo
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
Melt-in butter in a large pan
Add the onion. Stir and cook for 2 minutes in low to medium heat.
Add the bangus and then stir.
Put-in the salt,ground black pepper, and soy sauce. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
Put-in the mayonnaise and egg . Stir.
Transfer to a serving plate with kalamansi and Serve.
Add chili (optional)
