As event suppliers, we truly appreciate clients who understand that the work doesn’t begin and end with the few hours they see during the event.

Behind every successful setup are hours, or even days of preparation, planning, packing, loading, transportation, ingress, setup, service, and eventually, dismantling and bringing everything back.

Providing snacks or a meal for the team is never something we want to demand or expect. For us, it’s simply a thoughtful gesture that means a lot, especially after long hours of physical work. More than the food itself, it’s the feeling of being considered and appreciated. A simple “Kumain na kayo?” or “kain kayo, wag kayo mahiya” can make a long and tiring day feel a little lighter.
