It is headed by Matthew F. Tanjuakio, a sushi chef graduate of California Sushi Academy and Tokyo Sushi Academy. Without a doubt, Sushi Ninja has for its flagship product, the sushi and sushi roll. The products of Sushi Ninja have been test marketed at bazaars and through catering for events such as birthdays, receptions, launches, office parties, functions etc. Markets such as the Mercato central

in Bonifacio Global City and The Saturday Market in Ayala Alabang Village have also been “graced” by the presence of Sushi Ninja. These satisfied clients have clamored for the opening of a fixed and regular outlet for them to enjoy the products Sushi Ninja when and whenever they desire to. Sushi Ninja’s sushi and sushi rolls are made only with the finest and freshest ingredients. However, Sushi Ninja has also paid heed to the particularities of the Filipino gourmand.
