This serves as a formal response to a social media post concerning an alleged incident involving one of our food products.

We categorically state that our establishment operates in strict compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

All food items are prepared in a clean and controlled environment, cooked fresh daily, and served immediately. We do not keep or sell leftovers, as our products are consistently sold out within the day.

When the concern was raised at our premises, our staff acted promptly and in good faith by offering a full refund and food replacement as a standard customer service remedy. These offers were declined. Instead, photographs were taken and later published on social media.

We respectfully emphasize that posting allegations on social media is not the proper forum for resolving such matters, particularly when immediate remedial measures were offered. Such public postings have caused undue harm to our reputation and business.
In the interest of resolving this matter amicably, we formally request the immediate removal of the said post and any related content. Should the post remain and continue to cause reputational damage despite this request, we reserve the right to pursue all legal remedies available to us under applicable laws, including but not limited to those governing cyber libel.

We remain open to resolving this matter in a fair, lawful, and professional manner.
