• All deliveries inside campus will only be delivered at morning, before classes starts at 8:00 am

• Deliveries outside campus could be delivered after 4:00 pm and before 6:00 pm, delivery charge will be ₱20-₱30 depending on your location

• We only delivery around nasugbu, poblacion

• Products are also available for pickup

• First come first served and Payment first policy before getting your order

• Frost serenade’s ice cream has a risk of melting once given to customer. Therefore, it is best to consume the ice cream immediately to avoid the risk of melting or if delivered outside the campus, refrigerate the ice cream 1-2 hours upon delivery.
