Attention to all our guests and friends of RICH Alabang.
At approximately 4:30 a.m. earlier today, a fire broke out at our Westgate branch. Emergency services responded promptly and worked diligently to contain and extinguish the blaze. We are currently cooperating fully with the relevant authorities as they conduct a thorough investigation to determine the cause and extent of the incident.
While the damage to the premises is significant, we are profoundly grateful to confirm that no injuries were reported. The safety and well-being of our team members, customers, and community remain our highest priority, and we are incredibly thankful that everyone is safe.
As a result of the damage sustained, our Westgate branch will be temporarily closed for the next several months to allow for restoration, repairs, and necessary rebuilding efforts. During this time, we are committed to rebuilding stronger and ensuring that the space meets the high standards our customers expect and deserve.
