How Scholar’s Lounge Started (The Hugot Story)

Once there were college students coming from different walks of life. Like the typical college, they were consistently given a lot of requirements by their professors. So, as responsible students, they were focused and determined to get the work done. However, one thing’s lacking - a place to meet and collaborate with their group mates. They tried different coffee shops, restos, convenient stores, co-working spaces, boarding houses, dorms, and even hotels. Sadly, none became a sustainable study and meeting place because of such operating hours, expensive fees to be paid per hour (esp. they study for more than 4 hours), and some other reasons. What a worry and trouble for them. How they wish there will be a Lounge for them - a lounge that can let them stay up late, with fast wifi, free charging, affordable food/drinks, and rooms for group meetings and collaborations. This was the kind of place they needed.

There has to be that kind of place, they thought.
