sharing you my recipe for BONELESS BAKED BANGUS

Ingredients:
- 1 whole boneless milkfish (bangus)
- 2 tbsp liquid seasoning
- 1 tbsp lemon juice extract
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 50g butter
- Regular cheese
- Quickmelt cheese
- pepper

➢ We will be needing 2 cuts of aluminum foil with additional allowance of 2 inches from the length of the size of the fish

Procedure:
• mix lemon juice extract and liquid seasoning, then brush the mixture in the boneless fish (front and back). sprinkle ground pepper in the fish after.

• marinate milkfish for atleast 1 hour, so that the fish will absorb the mixture and this will remove the fishy smell.

• Pre-heat the oven to 200 degree celcius for 10 minutes.

• Grease the foil with butter, lay the fish in the greased foil inner part on top.

• Put minced garlic on top of the fish.

• Put grated cheese and quickmelt cheese on top as well.

• Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

• After 30 minutes remove the foil cover, return the fish and bake again for 10 to 15 minutes.

• Remove the fish from the oven and enjoy! 😉

WHY WATCH MELO MOVIE?
1. Melo movie is a healing series. If you are a fan of a slow-paced kind of drama, then this one is for you.
2. It highlights on how the characters find inspiration and solace in one another while overcoming their own struggles.
3. My favorite character is Ko Jun portrayed by Kim Jae-wook, the brother of Ko Gyeom (Choi Woo-sik) in the series. After their parents died, he shouldered the responsibilities and faced the immense challenge of providing for his brother while scarifying his own youth and happiness. Their touching sibling bond in the series leaves a deep emotional impact, and Jae-wook made me cry a lot in this series.
4. Screenwriter Lee Na Eun’s story will make you reflect the ways how our past actions and decisions shaped us, the masks we wear to protect ourselves, also how we heal from our pain.
5. The actors’ acting bring each character to life. Their chemistry made the series worthy to binge-watch.
6. You may feel that the story is so slow and boring, but this drama proves that life is..... actually just LIFE! We have to deal with what it throws at us.

MY DEAREST NEMESIS is a new RomCom series starring Moon Ga Young, Choi Hyun Wook, Im Se Mi, and Kwak Si Yang, will premiere today, February 17, and will air every Monday and Tuesday.

This 12-episode series is based on a popular webtoon with the same title. This will tell the love story of a man and woman who first met via their online game characters during their school days. 16 years later, they meet again in real life as boss and employee.

South Korean actress Kim Sae-ron, 24, was found dead at her home.

Kim's friend discovered her body at her house. The police said they had not discovered a sign of a break-ins.

Kim has been inactive from the entertainment industry due to a drunk driving incident in 2022. In 2024, she received backlash again for posting a photo of her with in her IG story and deleted it after.

Sadly, February 16 is Kim Soo Hyun's birthday and on the same day, Kim Sae Ron was found dead. 😔
