I am one of regular guests here... How about opening a crowdfunding for staff compensation to guests all over the world? In Japan, many businesses or institutions use the so-called crowdfunding system in this crisis. Is there anyone who knows well about crowdfunding system here? Our issue is how we compensate all staff there in BWHLCM.
Because of the Coronavirus i had to cancel. They don t give any refund. Better to book with Mercure or Mandarin at least they are more HUMANS. I will never book again with any Best Western Hotel

I’ve got to tell you… Reyn and Claire at your front desk, really helped me out big time. My inbound flight was cancelled and I was forced to fly “Literally” overnight, arriving here in Manila at 8:00 AM totally exhausted. With the normal check-in time of 2:00 PM, they were able to get me into a room by 10:00 AM, for a much-needed rest. My hat is off to these guys…
Generally, all front liners are helpful, courteous and hospitable. This is the very same reason why I check-in again in your hotel. The quality of the services remained the same. The breakfast buffet is ok. Alrhough, among your housekeeping staff, I would like to commend a certain employee name Jaymart. He is the most courteous, always smile and an excellent cleaner/fixer of the room. Looking forward to meet the same staff on my next vacation this coming december.👌👌👌👌

Thanks to the staff of the hotel. I spent a few nights there and I was happy to stay there. I enjoyed the room. All the staff was verry cool and nice. Particulary Earl Quilaton who works at the restaurant. He is a very helpful, polite person, who has always been available for any request I made. He is very professional. I can only congratulate him for his work.
